Texas Shooting

At least 26 people have been killed and 20 wounded following a mass shooting at a church in a small rural town outside San Antonio, Texas. On Sunday around 11:20 am, a gunman attacked the congregation at First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas. The shooter, identified by law-enforcement sources as 26-year-old Devin P. Kelley. Kelley then fled in his car. He was later killed, or killed himself. It is not clear how the shooter died, and his motive for the attack is not yet known.
Authorities have not said what may have motivated the suspected shooter.
The shooting has devastated the small Texas town east of San Antonio, described as a place where “everybody knows everybody.”
